Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months unless requested within 30 days of purchase.
Annual pass purchases are eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, cancellations terminate the subscription but no refund is issued.
