Every person's journey is valid. 10 minutes of movement is as worthy of celebration as 60. No gatekeeping. All levels welcome.

Be Kind

We all have bad days. If someone is struggling, offer encouragement. If someone is thriving, celebrate with them. No judgment.

No Medical Advice

Share personal experiences, not medical advice. If someone asks health questions, direct them to professionals. Community support ≠ medical advice.

Respect Privacy

Don't share others' personal information or achievements without permission. What happens in community stays in community.
